You agree to notify aah88 immediately at [email protected] upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. aah88 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
aah88 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR requirements. You agree to submit, upon request, copies of valid government-issued identification documents (including but not limited to Philippine National ID, PhilSys Card, driver's license, or passport), proof of payment method ownership, and any other documentation reasonably required by aah88. Full withdrawal functionality is contingent upon successful completion of KYC verification.
aah88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. Availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

aah88 maintains strict compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws and PAGCOR AML requirements. aah88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction and to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate authorities. Withdrawals may only be made to payment instruments in the verified account holder's own name.

Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the aah88 system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. You are responsible for verifying all bet details prior to confirmation. aah88 is not liable for any losses resulting from bets placed in error by the User.
In the event of a technical failure during gameplay — including but not limited to server outages, connectivity interruptions, or software errors — aah88 will use commercially reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game as it stood at the point of failure. Where full reconstruction is not possible, aah88 may in its sole discretion either cancel the affected round and return all wagered amounts, or settle the round based on the information available. aah88's decision in such circumstances shall be final.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by aah88 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements communicated at the time the promotion is offered. Bonus terms will specify the applicable minimum deposit, wagering multiplier, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable), time limits, and maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings.
Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, aah88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings resulting from technical failures beyond aah88's reasonable control; losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to protect your credentials; or losses resulting from your reliance on any information provided on the Platform.
aah88's aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User into their aah88 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit aah88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
aah88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the aah88 Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We encourage you to review the Privacy Policy carefully.
You may close your aah88 account at any time by contacting aah88 support at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any withdrawable balance in your account at the time of closure will be remitted to your nominated payment method following completion of any applicable KYC and security checks.
aah88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; engagement in prohibited conduct; aah88's reasonable belief that continued provision of Services to the User poses a compliance, legal, or reputational risk; or requirements of applicable law or regulatory authority.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
For disputes relating to gaming outcomes or promotional settlements, aah88's internal resolution process must be exhausted before any external dispute resolution is pursued. Complaints may be submitted to [email protected] and will receive a written response within seven (7) business days.
aah88 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the contact information associated with their aah88 account and/or by prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
